Combined with the engineering example, this paper introduced simply the BT mode, analyzed and researched the methods of promo-tion of land acquisition removal, traffic organization, underground pipelines move and other preliminary engineering under BT mode, and accord-ing to the key points and difficult points problems of each work put forward some measures, so as to speed up the construction speed of subway construction.
