目的：研究分析卡培他滨化疗联合三维适形放疗治疗食管癌的近期疗效。方法：2010年4月-2013年5月收治食管癌患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例，对照组给予单纯的三维适形放疗治疗，观察组在三维适形放疗的基础上同时进行卡培他滨治疗，观察两组患者的治疗情况。结果：两组患者通过治疗后，对照组中显效14例(46.7%)，有效9例(30.0%)，总有效率76.7%，观察组中显效16例(53.3%)，有效11例(36.7%)，总有效率90.0%。观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：卡培他滨化疗联合三维适形放疗治疗食管癌具有较好的疗效，有利于提高患者的生活质量，治疗耐受性较好，具有较高的临床应用价值。
목적：연구분석잡배타빈화료연합삼유괄형방료치료식관암적근기료효。방법：2010년4월-2013년5월수치식관암환자60례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조30례，대조조급여단순적삼유괄형방료치료，관찰조재삼유괄형방료적기출상동시진행잡배타빈치료，관찰량조환자적치료정황。결과：량조환자통과치료후，대조조중현효14례(46.7%)，유효9례(30.0%)，총유효솔76.7%，관찰조중현효16례(53.3%)，유효11례(36.7%)，총유효솔90.0%。관찰조적치료효과명현우우대조조，구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：잡배타빈화료연합삼유괄형방료치료식관암구유교호적료효，유리우제고환자적생활질량，치료내수성교호，구유교고적림상응용개치。
Objective:To study and analyze the recent curative effect of capecitabine chemotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy in the treatment of esophagus cancer.Methods:60 patients with esophagus cancer were selected from April 2010 to May 2013.They were randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with simple three dimensional conformal radiation therapy.The observation group was treated with capecitabine on the basis of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy.The treatment conditions of two groups were observed.Results:After the treatment of the patients in two groups,14 cases(46.7%) were excellent in the control group;8 cases(30.0%) were effective;the total effective rate was 76.7%.16 cases(53.3%) were excellent in the observation group;11 cases(36.7%) were effective;the total effective rate was 90.0%.The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group;it was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Capecitabine chemotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy in the treatment of esophagus cancer has good effect.It is beneficial to improve the life quality of patients.Its treatment tolerance is well.It has high value in clinical application.
