目的：通过实例研究神经内科疾病院内感染的临床特点。方法：2011年1月-2012年12月收治神经内科疾病患者200例，收集其临床资料，分析其院内感染的临床特点。结果：在治疗和住院期间，200例患者中23例发生了感染，其中发生在上呼吸道3例，下呼吸道9例，胃肠道3例，泌尿系统5例，手术切口2例，其他部位1例。感染发生几率与住院时间、患者年龄和侵入性操作成正比。结论：在神经内科疾病患者中，院内感染以呼吸道感染居多，应引起医护人员的重视。

목적：통과실례연구신경내과질병원내감염적림상특점。방법：2011년1월-2012년12월수치신경내과질병환자200례，수집기림상자료，분석기원내감염적림상특점。결과：재치료화주원기간，200례환자중23례발생료감염，기중발생재상호흡도3례，하호흡도9례，위장도3례，비뇨계통5례，수술절구2례，기타부위1례。감염발생궤솔여주원시간、환자년령화침입성조작성정비。결론：재신경내과질병환자중，원내감염이호흡도감염거다，응인기의호인원적중시。
Objective:To study the clinical characteristics of nosocomial infection of neurological diseases through the instance. Methods:200 patients with neurological diseases were selected from January 2011 to December 2012.Their clinical data were collected.The clinical characteristics of nosocomial infection were analyzed.Results:During the treatment and hospitalization, 23 cases occurred infection in 200 patients.According to the site of infection:3 cases were upper respiratory tract;9 cases were lower respiratory tract;3 cases were gastrointestinal tract;5 cases were urinary system;2 cases were operation incision;1 case was other sites. The infection risk of patients was proportional to the length of hospital stay, age and invasive operation.Conclusion:In patients with neurological diseases,the respiratory tract infection is the majority in nosocomial infection.It should arouse the attention of the nursing staff.
