目的：评价血管腔内介入治疗内脏动脉瘤的安全性和有效性。方法：收治内脏动脉瘤患者16例，经CT及DSA检查，11例动脉瘤行经导管动脉瘤体填塞和(或)载瘤动脉栓塞术，2例行覆膜支架植入术；2例真性动脉瘤瘤体直径＜20 mm未干预；1例瘤体较大直径约70 mm，位于脾动脉远端，并累及脾门，改行外科手术，将瘤体和脾一并切除。结果：13例患者经血管腔介入栓塞或腹膜支架手术，成功率100%，除1例出现轻度脾梗死症状，1例肝功能受损外，其余未见明显手术并发症。术后随访3～18个月(平均9.1个月)，未见动脉瘤破裂出血、动脉瘤复发或增大；支架内及分支动脉血流均保持通畅，2例未干预动脉瘤者未见动脉瘤增大及相关并发症。结论：经血管腔内栓塞或覆膜支架植入术治疗内脏动脉瘤是安全、有效的。

목적：평개혈관강내개입치료내장동맥류적안전성화유효성。방법：수치내장동맥류환자16례，경CT급DSA검사，11례동맥류행경도관동맥류체전새화(혹)재류동맥전새술，2례행복막지가식입술；2례진성동맥류류체직경＜20 mm미간예；1례류체교대직경약70 mm，위우비동맥원단，병루급비문，개행외과수술，장류체화비일병절제。결과：13례환자경혈관강개입전새혹복막지가수술，성공솔100%，제1례출현경도비경사증상，1례간공능수손외，기여미견명현수술병발증。술후수방3～18개월(평균9.1개월)，미견동맥류파렬출혈、동맥류복발혹증대；지가내급분지동맥혈류균보지통창，2례미간예동맥류자미견동맥류증대급상관병발증。결론：경혈관강내전새혹복막지가식입술치료내장동맥류시안전、유효적。
Objective:To explore the safety and effectiveness of endovascular interventional treatment for visceral artery aneurysms.Methods:16 patients with visceral artery aneurysms were selected.They were given CT and DSA examination.11 cases of aneurysms were treated by transcatheter arterial aneurysm packing and(or) parent artery embolization.2 cases were treated by stent implantation.In 2 cases of true aneurysm,the diameter of tumor was lower than 20 mm,and they had not been given intervention.In 1 case,the tumor was larger.The diameter was about 70 mm.It was located on the distal splenic artery,and involving the spleen,patients were given surgical operation for the tumor and spleen resection.Results:13 patients were given the vascular interventional embolization or stent operation,and the success rate was 100%,except for 1 case of mild splenic infarction symptoms,1 case of liver function damage,and the remaining patients were without operation complications obviously.After operation,patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months(average was 9.1 months),and there was no aneurysm rupture,aneurysm recurrence or increase;blood flow in bracket and branch artery was smooth,in 2 cases of untreated aneurysms,and there was no aneurysms increases and related complications.Conclusion:Transluminal embolization or coated stent implantation in the treatment of visceral artery aneurysms is safe and effective.
