目的：讨论玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合口服阳和汤在膝骨关节炎中的治疗效果。方法：2012年10月-2013年10月收治膝骨关节炎患者60例，将其均分为两组，1组单行玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗，2组患者予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合口服阳和汤治疗，并进行为期6个月的随访，对其治疗效果进行比较分析。结果：1组治疗后效果显著13例(43.3%)，有效11例(36.7%)，无效6例(20%)。2组治疗效果显著21例(70%)，治疗有效9例(30%)，无效者无，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合口服阳和汤在膝骨关节炎中的治疗效果显著，且不良反应少，是一种有效的治疗方式。

목적：토론파리산납관절강주사배합구복양화탕재슬골관절염중적치료효과。방법：2012년10월-2013년10월수치슬골관절염환자60례，장기균분위량조，1조단행파리산납관절강주사치료，2조환자여파리산납관절강주사배합구복양화탕치료，병진행위기6개월적수방，대기치료효과진행비교분석。결과：1조치료후효과현저13례(43.3%)，유효11례(36.7%)，무효6례(20%)。2조치료효과현저21례(70%)，치료유효9례(30%)，무효자무，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：파리산납관절강주사배합구복양화탕재슬골관절염중적치료효과현저，차불량반응소，시일충유효적치료방식。
Objective:To explore the effect of treatment of intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with oral administration of Yang He Decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from October 2012 to October 2013.They were divided into two groups.1 group were treated with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate;the 2 group were treated with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with oral administration of Yang He Decoction.The patients were followed up for 6 months.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,in the 1 group,13 cases(43.3%) were obvious effect;11 cases(36.7%) were effective;6 cases(20%) were invalid.In the 2 group,21 cases(70%) had significant therapeutic effect;9 cases(30%) were effective;no treatment was ineffective.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of treatment of intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with oral administration of Yang He Decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis is significant.It can effectively improve the treatment effect of the patients,and adverse reaction is little.It is a kind of effective treatment.
