目的：探讨心理干预复合咪唑安定对小儿耳鼻喉术前心理应激反应的影响。方法：2012年1月-2014年3月收治耳鼻喉手术患儿102例，随机分为对照组、咪唑安定组以及心理干预复合咪唑安定组，观察比较3组患儿血液动力学指标及血清皮质醇(Cor)、促肾上皮质激素(ACTH)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和血管紧张素-Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ)浓度的变化。结果：心理干预复合咪唑安定组患儿入室后情绪稳定，血压和心率维持平稳，血清ACTH、AT-Ⅱ、Cor和IL-6水平无明显升高。结论：心理干预复合咪唑安定能明显降低耳鼻喉手术患儿的心理应激反应，有利于手术的顺利进行以及术后康复。
목적：탐토심리간예복합미서안정대소인이비후술전심리응격반응적영향。방법：2012년1월-2014년3월수치이비후수술환인102례，수궤분위대조조、미서안정조이급심리간예복합미서안정조，관찰비교3조환인혈액동역학지표급혈청피질순(Cor)、촉신상피질격소(ACTH)、백세포개소-6(IL-6)화혈관긴장소-Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ)농도적변화。결과：심리간예복합미서안정조환인입실후정서은정，혈압화심솔유지평은，혈청ACTH、AT-Ⅱ、Cor화IL-6수평무명현승고。결론：심리간예복합미서안정능명현강저이비후수술환인적심리응격반응，유리우수술적순리진행이급술후강복。
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention combined with midazolam on pediatric otorhinolaryngology preoperative psychological stress reaction.Methods:102 children with otorhinolaryngological operation were selected from January 2012 to March 2014.They were randomLy divided into the control group,the midazolam group and the psychological intervention combined with midazolam group.The hemodynamic indexes,serum cortisol(Cor),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),intedeukin -6(IL-6) and angiotensin-Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ) concentration changes of children in 3 groups were observed and compared.Results:In the psychological intervention combined with midazolam group,children were emotional stability after the house.The blood pressure and heart rate remained stable.The serum levels of ACTH,AT-Ⅱ,Cor and IL-6 levels were not significantly elevated.Conclusion:The psychological intervention combined with midazolam can significantly reduce the psychological stress reaction of otorhinolaryngological department surgery chilldren,contribute to the smooth operation and postoperative rehabilitation.
