目的：研究分析宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合手术治疗的效果。方法：2010年1月-2014年2月收治行宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合手术患者215例，分析研究患者的手术指征及治疗效果。结果：215例患者手术顺利，无严重并发症发生。其中2例在腹腔镜监护下行TCRS术后发生上呼吸道感染，1例行TCRE术后，腹胀明显，均对症治疗后治愈。患者术后体温最高37.9℃，2～3 d后患者的体温恢复正常，均在术后当日或次日下床活动及肛门排气，饮食恢复正常，术后无需镇痛，所有患者均顺利康复出院。结论：宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合手术只需要1次麻醉和一期手术，其优点是无需开腹、创伤小、恢复快，尤其在不孕症检查和治疗中，具有重要的临床应用价值。

목적：연구분석궁강경화복강경연합수술치료적효과。방법：2010년1월-2014년2월수치행궁강경화복강경연합수술환자215례，분석연구환자적수술지정급치료효과。결과：215례환자수술순리，무엄중병발증발생。기중2례재복강경감호하행TCRS술후발생상호흡도감염，1례행TCRE술후，복창명현，균대증치료후치유。환자술후체온최고37.9℃，2～3 d후환자적체온회복정상，균재술후당일혹차일하상활동급항문배기，음식회복정상，술후무수진통，소유환자균순리강복출원。결론：궁강경화복강경연합수술지수요1차마취화일기수술，기우점시무수개복、창상소、회복쾌，우기재불잉증검사화치료중，구유중요적림상응용개치。
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined operation treatment.Methods:215 patients with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined operation were selected from January 2010 to February 2014.The surgical indication and treatment effect of patients were analyzed and studied.Results:215 patients with operation smoothly had no serious complications.Under laparoscopic monitoring,2 cases occurred upper respiratory infection after TCRS.1 case was given TCRE.The abdominal distension was obvious.All patients were cured after symptomatic treatment.The highest postoperative temperature of patients was 37.9℃,and the body temperature of patients returned to normal after 2~3 days.All patients could activities under the bed and pass gas,and their diet returned to normal,without the need for analgesia after operation.All patients were successfully discharged.Conclusion:Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined operation only needs one time of anesthesia and one stage operation.Its advantages are no need to open,small trauma,quick recovery.Especially in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility,it has important clinical application value.
