目的:观察HFOV治疗新生儿ARDS的临床疗效。方法:将58例新生儿ARDS按照治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组22例采用CMV治疗,治疗组36例采用HFOV治疗,计算机械通气后24、48、72 h OI和PA-aO2,比较两组患儿上机时间、用氧时间、住院时间和治愈率。结果:治疗组存活患儿治疗后24、48、72 h OI和PA-aO2显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);存活患儿上机时间、用氧时间和住院时间与对照组相比缩短,治愈率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HFOV可显著改善新生儿ARDS患儿的肺氧合功能,缩短治疗时间,提高治愈率。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of HFOV in the treatment of neonatal ARDS.Methods:58 cases of neonatal ARDS were selected.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to different treatment methods.22 cases in the control group were treated with CMV therapy.36 cases in the treatment group were treated with HFOV therapy.After mechanical ventilation,we calculated 24,48,72 hours OI and PA-aO2,and compared computer time,using oxygen time,the hospitalization time and cure rate of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,after treatment,24,48,72 hours OI and PA-aO2 of the survival were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Cmpared with the control group,the computer time,the use of oxygen and hospitalization time of the survival were shortened;the cure rate was higher than that of the control group;the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:HFOV can significantly improve oxygenation in neonates with ARDS function,shorten treatment time,and increase the cure rate.
