目的：探究与分析在三柱分型理论指导下进行复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法：2010年1月-2011年12月收治复杂胫骨平台骨折患者67例，基于CT重建为基础的三柱分型方法分成30例三柱骨折及37例双柱骨折，全部患者均采用手术治疗，观察临床疗效及安全性。结果：该组患者未出现切口感染、骨折延迟愈合等并发症，随访后发现优48例(71.64%)，良15例(22.39%)，可4例(5.97%)，优良率94.03%。结论：在三柱分型理论指导下进行复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗可取得显著的临床疗效，术后恢复情况较好，无并发症的发生，值得推广。
목적：탐구여분석재삼주분형이론지도하진행복잡경골평태골절치료적림상효과급안전성。방법：2010년1월-2011년12월수치복잡경골평태골절환자67례，기우CT중건위기출적삼주분형방법분성30례삼주골절급37례쌍주골절，전부환자균채용수술치료，관찰림상료효급안전성。결과：해조환자미출현절구감염、골절연지유합등병발증，수방후발현우48례(71.64%)，량15례(22.39%)，가4례(5.97%)，우량솔94.03%。결론：재삼주분형이론지도하진행복잡경골평태골절치료가취득현저적림상료효，술후회복정황교호，무병발증적발생，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect and safety of complex tibial plateau fracture treatment under the guidance of three column fractal theory.Methods:67 patients with complex tibial plateau fracture were selected from January 2010 to December 2011.On the basis of the CT reconstruction as the basic three column fractal method,the patients were divided into 30 cases of three column fractures and 37 cases of double column fracture.All the patients were treated with operation.The clinical effect and safety were observed.Results:The patients in this group had no incision infection,delayed fracture healing and other complications.After a follow-up,48 cases(71.64%) were excellent;15 cases(22.39%) were good;4 cases(5.97%) were ok;the excellent and good rate was 94.03%.Conclusion:The complex tibial plateau fracture treatment under the guidance of three column fractal theory can achieve remarkable clinical curative effect.It has good recovery after operation and no complications.It is worthy of promotion.
