目的：分析药物结合内镜止血治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法：2010年1月-2013年12月收治上消化道出血患者86例，按照治疗方案分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合内镜止血，比较两组止血及治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率95.65%(44/46)，明显高于对照组治疗总有效率75.0%(30/40)，患者的止血时间、输血量以及住院时间明显短于对照组，再出血率及手术率明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：药物结合内镜止血治疗上消化道出血可有效止血，降低手术率及再出血率，缩短患者住院时间，临床应用效果显著。
목적：분석약물결합내경지혈치료상소화도출혈적림상효과。방법：2010년1월-2013년12월수치상소화도출혈환자86례，안조치료방안분위대조조화관찰조，대조조급여상규약물치료，관찰조재대조조기출상연합내경지혈，비교량조지혈급치료효과。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔95.65%(44/46)，명현고우대조조치료총유효솔75.0%(30/40)，환자적지혈시간、수혈량이급주원시간명현단우대조조，재출혈솔급수술솔명현저우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：약물결합내경지혈치료상소화도출혈가유효지혈，강저수술솔급재출혈솔，축단환자주원시간，림상응용효과현저。
Objective:To explore the effect of the combined use of drugs and endoscopic hemostasis in hemorrhage of upper digestive tract.Methods:86 patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were selected from January 2010 to December 2013. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the treatment.The control group were treated with routine drug,and the observation group were treated with endoscopic hemostasis on the basis of the control group.We compared the hemostasis and treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total efficiency of treatment was 95.65%(44/46),which was significantly higher than that of the total effective rate of 75%(30/40) of the control group,bleeding time,blood transfusion and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The rate of rebleeding and operation rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of drugs and endoscopic hemostasis in hemorrhage of upper digestive tract can effectively stop bleeding,reduce the operation rate and the rate of rebleeding,and shorten the hospitalization time.The clinical application effect is good.
