目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者降糖治疗过程中发生低血糖的原因。方法：2012年11月-2013年11月收治2型糖尿病患者124例，对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：发生低血糖反应的患者数量98例，发病率高达79.0%。患者发生低血糖的原因可归纳为饮食因素、运动因素、药物因素、并发症因素4个方面。其中由于药物因素而导致的低血糖患者数量52例(53.1%)，由于饮食因素而导致的低血糖患者28例(28.6%)，运动不当造成低血糖的患者数量15例(15.3%)，在治疗过程中由于并发症而导致的低血糖患者3例(3.1%)。结论：临床上在对2型糖尿病患者进行降糖治疗时，应严格控制用药，并对患者进行有效的健康教育，帮助患者规律饮食、正确运动，同时也应做好并发症的预防工作，有效降低2型糖尿病患者发生低血糖的几率。
목적：탐토2형당뇨병환자강당치료과정중발생저혈당적원인。방법：2012년11월-2013년11월수치2형당뇨병환자124례，대림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：발생저혈당반응적환자수량98례，발병솔고체79.0%。환자발생저혈당적원인가귀납위음식인소、운동인소、약물인소、병발증인소4개방면。기중유우약물인소이도치적저혈당환자수량52례(53.1%)，유우음식인소이도치적저혈당환자28례(28.6%)，운동불당조성저혈당적환자수량15례(15.3%)，재치료과정중유우병발증이도치적저혈당환자3례(3.1%)。결론：림상상재대2형당뇨병환자진행강당치료시，응엄격공제용약，병대환자진행유효적건강교육，방조환자규률음식、정학운동，동시야응주호병발증적예방공작，유효강저2형당뇨병환자발생저혈당적궤솔。
Objective:To explore the causes for the occurrence of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes in treatment process.Methods:124 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from November 2012 to November 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The number of patients with hypoglycemia reaction was 98 cases,and the incidence rate was 79%. Causes of hypoglycemia in patients could be divided into four aspects,including dietary factors,sports factors,drug factors, complication factors.The amount due to drug factors of hypoglycemia was 52 cases(53.1%),due to dietary factors of hypoglycemia was 28 cases(28.6%).The number of hypoglycemia caused by the improper motion was 15 cases(15.2%),due to complications of hypoglycemia during treatment was 3 cases(3.1%).Conclusion:In clinical practice,when we treat patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,we should strictly control the medication,and carry out effective health education to the patients,help patients diet,proper exercise.At the same time,we should also do a good job of prevention of complications,and effectively reduce the risk of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
