Thuidium cymbifolium%culture medium%growth and development
以黄沙、沸石、废菌糠和泥炭(浸出液和固态)为基质在光照培养箱内对大羽藓进行栽培,利用分枝长度、分枝数、生物量等指标评价了大羽藓的生长状况,探讨了不同基质栽培对大羽藓生长的影响.结果表明:液态栽培中,废菌糠浸出液栽培大羽藓生长效果最佳,其次是泥炭、黄沙、沸石,蒸馏水效果最差;废菌糠浸出液栽培大羽藓60 d其分枝长度为5.13 cm,一级及二级分枝数分别为3.27和2.30个,鲜质量及干质量分别增长34.09和17.22倍.固态栽培中,泥炭(固态)栽培大羽藓生长效果最佳,其次是黄沙、沸石、废菌糠,林下土壤栽培效果最差;泥炭(固态)栽培大羽藓60 d,其分枝长度为4.11 cm,一级及二级分枝数分别为3.17和1.73个,鲜质量及干质量分别增长46.49和19.56倍.

Effects of different matrices(the leaching liquid and solid),sand,zeolite,waste compost and peat,on the growth of Thuidium cymbifolium cultured in illumination incubator were studied.The cover degree,branch length,branch number,biomass and relative moisture content were determined to evaluate the growth of Thuidiumcymbifolium.The results showed that waste compost fermentation liquid was the best for the growth of Thuidiumcymbifolium in liquid culture test,followed by the liquid of peat,sand and zeolite,and the effect of distilled water was the worst.After cultivated in waste compost fermentation liquid for 60 d,Thuidium cymbifolium branch length was 5.13 cm,the number of the primary branches was 3.27 and the second branches was 2.30,fresh weight and dry weight increased 34.09 times and 17.22 times re-spectively.The peat was the best for growth of Thuidium cymbifolium in solid culture test,followed by the solid of sand,zeolite and waste compost,and the effect of forest soil was the worst.After cultivated in peat solid for 60d,Thuidium cymbifolium branch length was 4.11 cm,the number of the primary branches was 3.17 and the second branches was 1.73,fresh weight and dry weight increased 46.49 times and 19.56 times respectively.
