推进轴系与壳体的组合是水下航行器的主要结构,而艉轴承支撑轴系与壳体连接中最大负载。采用有限元法与子结构模态分析法综合,建立轴系-壳体耦合结构有限元模型及子结构耦合模型,研究该耦合系统在摩擦激励下的振动特性,分析了摩擦引起系统自激振荡的影响因素及摩擦振动引起系统粘-滑运动的特点。旨在建立准确的轴、壳耦合系统振动的原理模型,分析摩擦力下系统振动响应。

The combination of propeller shaft system and hull is the main structure of underwater vehicles. In this paper, the finite element model for the shaft system and hull coupled structure and its sub-structure coupled model are established. The vibration characteristics of the coupled system under friction excitation are studied. The influencing factors of the friction induced self-excitation vibration and the stick-slip phenomenon of the friction vibration are analyzed. This work has provided a reference for analyzing the friction induced vibration response of the shaft-hull coupled system.
