目的:用索氏提取法乙醚提取人参挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析,确定化学成分的种类及相对含量。方法采用乙醚为溶剂用索氏提取法提取人参中的挥发油(即人参的脂溶性成分),用面积归一化法测定各组分的体积分数,并采取气质联用(GC-MS)对挥发油进行鉴定及含量测定。结果鉴定了71个化合物,主要为脂肪酸和酯、挥发油。结论乙醚提取人参,得到的化合物经知网、万方数据库查询,在人参挥发油中未见报道的有23种。

목적:용색씨제취법을미제취인삼휘발유화학성분적GC-MS분석,학정화학성분적충류급상대함량。방법채용을미위용제용색씨제취법제취인삼중적휘발유(즉인삼적지용성성분),용면적귀일화법측정각조분적체적분수,병채취기질련용(GC-MS)대휘발유진행감정급함량측정。결과감정료71개화합물,주요위지방산화지、휘발유。결론을미제취인삼,득도적화합물경지망、만방수거고사순,재인삼휘발유중미견보도적유23충。
Objective Volatile oil of Panax ginseng were extracted by the method of Soxlet extraction,the extraction solvent is ether and their constituents were determined by GC-MS, determined the chemical components and relative content .Methods Using ether as solvent by soxhlet extraction to extract the volatile oil of panax ginseng (that is, lipophilic fraction of the ginseng), and the volume fractions of the volatile oil components were calculated by area normalization method and separated components were identified and determined by GC-MS. Result 73 compounds were identified, mainly are the fatty acids and esters, volatile oil . [conclusion] Volatile oil of panax ginseng were extracted by the method of Soxlet extraction, compounds were searched in cnki.net and WANGFANG DATA, 24 compounds of volatile oil of Panax ginseng were not reported.
