为考查中药单方制剂清眩降压片的降血脂作用。选用与临床高血脂疾病形成机制最相近的高脂饲料造模方法,分别采用小鼠和大鼠两种试验动物,从预防性及治疗性给药两个方面对清眩降压片进行降血脂作用研究。结果表明小鼠预防性灌胃给予清眩降压片2周血清TC含量明显低于高脂模型组,量效关系明显;清眩降压片高剂量组动物血清LDL-C含量较高脂模型组明显降低(P<0.05)。大鼠治疗性灌胃给予清眩降压片2周时,高剂量组动物血清TC含量明显低于高脂模型组(P<0.05)。给药4周时,高剂量组动物的血清TC、TG、LDL-C含量均明显低于高脂模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。清眩降压片对高脂血症具有预防和治疗作用。

위고사중약단방제제청현강압편적강혈지작용。선용여림상고혈지질병형성궤제최상근적고지사료조모방법,분별채용소서화대서량충시험동물,종예방성급치료성급약량개방면대청현강압편진행강혈지작용연구。결과표명소서예방성관위급여청현강압편2주혈청TC함량명현저우고지모형조,량효관계명현;청현강압편고제량조동물혈청LDL-C함량교고지모형조명현강저(P<0.05)。대서치료성관위급여청현강압편2주시,고제량조동물혈청TC함량명현저우고지모형조(P<0.05)。급약4주시,고제량조동물적혈청TC、TG、LDL-C함량균명현저우고지모형조(P<0.01혹P<0.05)。청현강압편대고지혈증구유예방화치료작용。
Objective: Examine hypolipidemic effects of the simple prescription preparation of Qingxuanjianyia tablets, providing scientific basis for the medicine lipid-lowering applications. Methods: in this paper,the author, selecting high fat feed to make modles which is closest to the clinical hyperlipemia formation mechanism with mouse and rat, two kinds of experimental animals, mainly from two aspects, prophylactic and therapeutic administration studyed the Qingxuanjianyia tablets effects in reducing blood-lipid. Results: Mouse preventive intragastrically gave Qingxuanjianyia tablets for 2 weeks, animal serum TC concentrations were obviously lower than hyperlipidemia model group,dose-effect relationship is significant; high dose group of the animals' serum LDL-C content were reduced significantly than Hyperlipidemia model group ( P<0.05). Rats treatment gave intragastrically Qingxuanjianyia tablets for 2 weeks, high dose group animals' serum TC levels were lower than hyperlipidemia model group significantly (P<0.05).administration for 4 weeks, high dose group of the animals' serum TC, TG, LDL-C content were lower than hyperlipidemia model group significantly (P<0.01orP<0.05). Conclusion:Qingxuanjianyia tablets have prevention and treatment effects on hyperlipidemia.
