油纸绝缘弛豫响应含有丰富的绝缘老化特征信息,建立直观且能真实反映油纸绝缘弛豫响应特性的回复电压谱函数对正确评估油纸绝缘老化至关重要。利用电介质弛豫响应和扩展德拜等效电路模型,搭建一种能够真实反映油纸绝缘弛豫响应的回复电压谱函数模型。该模型含有丰富的绝缘老化特征信息,且与油纸绝缘系统的弛豫机构数密切相关。根据扩展德拜等效电路和油浸式变压器的回复电压测量数据,应用优化算法进行建模,并通过实验证实了该模型的正确性。该模型的建立为后续研究弛豫响应等效电路拓扑结构和绝缘老化评估提供一种有力的分析手段,具有一定的应用价值。

Oil-paper insulation relaxation response contains abundant characteristics of insulation aging,thus it is important to establish the recovery voltage function,which can intuitively and truly reflect the insulation relation response,to exactly evaluate the oil-paper insulation aging. Therefore,a recovery voltage function model was proposed based on dielectric relaxation re-sponse and extended Debye equivalent circuit model in this paper.It can truly reflect the relaxa-tion response of oil-paper insulation.This model contains lots of characteristics of insulation closely related with the number of oil-paper insulation relaxation mechanisms.According to the extended Debye equivalent circuit and recovery voltage measurement data of oil immersed trans-former,a model was established through the optimization algorithm.Then the model correctness was verified by testing.The model provides an effective analysis method for the follow-up re-search on the topology of relaxation response equivalent circuit and the assessment of insulation ageing,which has a great application value.
