为了寻求偏心度与偏心特征量之间的数值关系,采用解析计算与有限元相结合的方法计算偏心特征量数值,建立偏心状态下复杂气隙模型,并采用动态卡式系数理论分析开槽对气隙的影响,分别推导静偏心及动偏心状态下的气隙分布函数,求出偏心特征量的解析式。并且应用有限元计算的方法验证理论分析的有效性,该方法为偏心检测奠定了理论基础。
為瞭尋求偏心度與偏心特徵量之間的數值關繫,採用解析計算與有限元相結閤的方法計算偏心特徵量數值,建立偏心狀態下複雜氣隙模型,併採用動態卡式繫數理論分析開槽對氣隙的影響,分彆推導靜偏心及動偏心狀態下的氣隙分佈函數,求齣偏心特徵量的解析式。併且應用有限元計算的方法驗證理論分析的有效性,該方法為偏心檢測奠定瞭理論基礎。

In order to find the numerical relationship between eccentricity degree and eccentric characteristic parameters,the analytical method and element finite element method were used to calculate the eccentric characteristic parameters.A complex air-gap model was established to de-scribe the air-gap length under eccentricity.The dynamic cater factor theory was proposed to analysis the slotting effect on the air-gap,and the characteristic parameters with static and dy-namic eccentricity were thus obtained.The element finite method was used to verify the validity of the proposed calculation.This paper lays a solid foundation of the detection technology of rotor eccentricity.
