传统Boost功率因数校正(PFC)变换器交流输入侧存在二极管整流桥,低压输入时其导通损耗大,因而效率较低。针对这一问题,研究一种无桥PFC变换器。该变换器由双极性增益升压变换器构成,不仅具有传统Boost变换器的升压功能,而且具有双极性增益特性,即对于正、负输入电压,均能得到正极性的直流输出电压,因此,该双极性增益升压变换器可直接应用于PFC变换器。搭建一台50 W无桥PFC变换器实验样机,实验分析该变换器工作于电感电流导电断续(DCM)模式时的工作模态,研究正、负输入电压情况下的直流稳态特性,实验结果表明,该变换器具有良好的功率因素校正功能,电感数值小、控制电路简单、成本低廉。

The traditional boost power factor correction (PFC)converter has a diode bridge in the ac-side,which results in poor efficiency under low line.According to the current problems,a bridgeless PFC converter was studied in this paper.The bridgeless PFC converter was based on the bipolar gain step-up converter,where the voltage transfer ratio of the converter was similar to that of conventional boost converter.Moreover,it can get stable dc output voltage no matter the line was positive or negative.A 50W experimental prototype of the bridgeless PFC converter was built,and then the operation principle of the bridgeless PFC converter in discontinuous conduc-tion mode (DCM)was analyzed,moreover the steady state characteristic of the bipolar gain step-up converter was studied.The experimental testing results show that the bridgeless PFC convert-er has good power factor correction function,and is with low inductor,simple control circuit, and cheap cost.
