采用有限元计算方法研究了在4点弯曲载荷作用下,残余应力、涂层与基体的弹性模量比(简称弹性模量比)对涂层/基体材料界面能量释放率及其相角的影响。结果表明:能量释放率随着残余拉应力、弹性模量比的增大而增大;能量释放率中的相角也随着残余拉应力的增大而增大,但并不敏感,其随着弹性模量比的增大而减小。研究结果可为评价涂层/基体材料界面结合性能提供理论依据,有助于深化对涂层/基体材料界面结合性能的认识。
採用有限元計算方法研究瞭在4點彎麯載荷作用下,殘餘應力、塗層與基體的彈性模量比(簡稱彈性模量比)對塗層/基體材料界麵能量釋放率及其相角的影響。結果錶明:能量釋放率隨著殘餘拉應力、彈性模量比的增大而增大;能量釋放率中的相角也隨著殘餘拉應力的增大而增大,但併不敏感,其隨著彈性模量比的增大而減小。研究結果可為評價塗層/基體材料界麵結閤性能提供理論依據,有助于深化對塗層/基體材料界麵結閤性能的認識。
채용유한원계산방법연구료재4점만곡재하작용하,잔여응력、도층여기체적탄성모량비(간칭탄성모량비)대도층/기체재료계면능량석방솔급기상각적영향。결과표명:능량석방솔수착잔여랍응력、탄성모량비적증대이증대;능량석방솔중적상각야수착잔여랍응력적증대이증대,단병불민감,기수착탄성모량비적증대이감소。연구결과가위평개도층/기체재료계면결합성능제공이론의거,유조우심화대도층/기체재료계면결합성능적인식。
Effect of residual stress and Young’s modulus ratio on interfacial energy release rate of the coating/substrate material under four-point-bending loading is studied with the method of finite element calculation.The results show the interfacial energy release rate increases with the increase of the residual tensile stress and Young’s modulus ratio of the coating to substrate.Also,the phase angle of the interfa-cial energy release rate increases as the residual tensile stress increases,but it is insensitive to the residu-al stress variation.The phase angle decreases as the Young’s modulus ratio of the coating to substrate in-creases.The results can not only provide theoretical basis for evaluating the coating/substrate material combination performance with the method of four-point-bending but also deepen the understanding.
