通过烧结杯试验研究了含钛多种原料烧结过程FeO的变化规律。综合考虑烧结过程参数、成品率、转鼓指数、低温还原粉化、还原性和荷重软化性能,确定了宣钢烧结配碳量应选择40.0%左右,烧结矿FeO含量92.7%左右。
通過燒結杯試驗研究瞭含鈦多種原料燒結過程FeO的變化規律。綜閤攷慮燒結過程參數、成品率、轉鼓指數、低溫還原粉化、還原性和荷重軟化性能,確定瞭宣鋼燒結配碳量應選擇40.0%左右,燒結礦FeO含量92.7%左右。

T hrough the sintering cup test ,Contains a variety of titanium material is studied change law s of FeO in sintering process .Making comprehensive Consideration for the sintering process parameters ,fin-ished product rate ,drum index ,low temperature?breakdown ,reducibility and softening property under load ,Determine the Xuanhua Iron and Steel Co .raw material conditions ,Sintering with carbon should choose to around 4 0.0% ,the sinter FeO content is about 9 2.7% .
