以聚氯化铝(PACl)为无机絮凝剂,考察PACl的投加对长期运行的A/O -MBR中污染物去除效果、膜污染速率、污泥混合液性能、以及溶解性微生物产物(SMP)及胞外聚合物(EPS)含量的影响。首先通过烧杯试验确定A/O -MBR中最佳PACl投加量为400 mg/L。采用两套A/O -MBR长期对照运行结果表明,PACl的投加提高了反应器对总磷的去除效果及污泥沉降性能,并降低了膜污染速率。投加PACl反应器中污泥平均粒径由124.59μm增加到159.43μm ,降低了胶体及小颗粒物质的比例,同时PACl对SM P中多糖的吸附也是降低其膜污染速率的主要原因之一。

Polymeric aluminium (PACl) was used as the flocculant to investigate the effects of flocculant on the performance of A/O -MBR ,which included the pollutants removal efficiencies , membrane fouling rate ,properties of mixed liquor ,and concentration of soluble microbial products (SMP) and extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) .The optimum dosage of PACl determined by jar test was 400 mg/L .The results of A/O -MBR long-term performance showed that the removal rate of total phosphorus and the sludge volume index were improved by the addition of PACl ,and the membrane fouling rate was mitigated .The mean sludge particle size was increased from 124 .59μm to 159 .43 μm ,and the percentage of colloids and small particles was obviously reduced by the flocculation .Besides ,the adhesion removal of polysaccharide in SMP by PACl was another reason for the reducing of membrane fouling rate .
