针对我国果蔬网带式干燥设备存在的干燥效率低、能耗大、自动化程度低、干燥品质差等问题,结合洋葱的干燥特性,设计了一套适用于洋葱干燥的五层网带式穿流干燥系统.该系统由机架、金属网带、供风系统、换热系统、上料机构组成,可实现金属网带自动清洗、自动调速以及分段、分区控温控时的功能,该系统干燥效率与生产效率较高,含水率为8%的洋葱丁的生产率可达300 kg/h.
針對我國果蔬網帶式榦燥設備存在的榦燥效率低、能耗大、自動化程度低、榦燥品質差等問題,結閤洋蔥的榦燥特性,設計瞭一套適用于洋蔥榦燥的五層網帶式穿流榦燥繫統.該繫統由機架、金屬網帶、供風繫統、換熱繫統、上料機構組成,可實現金屬網帶自動清洗、自動調速以及分段、分區控溫控時的功能,該繫統榦燥效率與生產效率較高,含水率為8%的洋蔥丁的生產率可達300 kg/h.
침대아국과소망대식간조설비존재적간조효솔저、능모대、자동화정도저、간조품질차등문제,결합양총적간조특성,설계료일투괄용우양총간조적오층망대식천류간조계통.해계통유궤가、금속망대、공풍계통、환열계통、상료궤구조성,가실현금속망대자동청세、자동조속이급분단、분구공온공시적공능,해계통간조효솔여생산효솔교고,함수솔위8%적양총정적생산솔가체300 kg/h.
In view of the fruit and vegetable mesh belt drying equipment drying efficiency exists low en-ergy consumption,and poor drying quality,a set of cross-flow drying systems which had five layers of mesh belt for onion drying is designed.The system consists of frame,metal mesh belt,air supply system,heat ex-change system and feeding mechanism,which enables automatic mesh belt cleaning and temperature con-trolling by sub-segment and time partition.The system could improve drying and production efficiency,and the productivity up to 300 kg/h of dried onion granules with moisture content at 8%.
