为探明甘肃瑞香(Daphne tangutica Maxim)对菜粉蝶幼虫的生物活性,以甘肃瑞香的全株、叶、茎皮、茎木质部、根皮和根木质部为研究对象,以甲醇、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、氯仿、苯和石油醚为溶剂,采用索氏法提取其活性成分,明确其最佳的杀虫活性部位和提取溶剂.结果表明:在干粉100 mg/mL的质量浓度下,各溶剂瑞香全株的提取物均对菜粉蝶幼虫表现出明显的拒食、胃毒和触杀作用,其中苯的提取效果最好,其粗提物对菜粉蝶5龄幼虫24 h的拒食率为92.29%,胃毒作用的LD50为19.56μg/头,7 d后触杀作用的LD50为52.56μg/头.甘肃瑞香不同部位的苯提取物对菜粉蝶5龄幼虫均表现出明显的拒食、胃毒和触杀作用,其活性部位表现为甘肃瑞香叶>根皮>茎皮>茎木质部>根木质部.甘肃瑞香叶粗提物杀虫活性最高,其粗提物对菜粉蝶5龄幼虫24 h 的拒食率为94.59%,胃毒作用的LD50为8.47μg/头;7 d后触杀作用的LD50为50.41μg/头.

To explore biological activities of Daphnetangutica Maxim on Pierisrapae larvae,the whole plant,leaves,barks,stem xylems,root barks and root xylems of D.tangutica were selected as subject of the study.The active components from the whole plant,leaves,barks,stem xylems,root barks and root xylems of D.tangutica extracted by Soxhlet method to make sure the optimal activity parts of D.tangutica and the best solvents against P.rapae larvae.Results showed that these extracts with the concentration of dried powder 100 mg/mL of the whole plant of D.tanguticahad significantly antifeeding effect,stomach toxicity and contact effect against P.rapae larvae.The benzene acts as the optimal solvent among of methanol,eth-anol,ethyl acetate,chloroform,benzene and petroleum.The anti-feeding rates with 24 hours,LD50 of stom-ach toxicity and contact effect after 7 days of the extracts of D.tangutica with benzene were 92.29%, 19.56μg/larve and 52.56μg/larve,respectively.These extracts from different parts of D.tangutica with benzene had significantly antifeeding effects,stomach toxicity and contact poisoning against the 5th-instar larvae of P.rapae.The insecticidal activity on different parts of D.tangutica listed as follows:leaf > root bark > bark > stem xylem > root xylem.The insecticidal activity of leaf was higher than other parts of D.tangutica,in which the anti-feeding rates with 24 hours,LD50 of stomach toxicity and contact effect after 7 days of leaf extracts of D.tangutica with benzene were 94.59%,8.47μg/larve and 50.41μg/larve,re-spectively.
