以从甘肃省掌叶大黄道地产区不同产地征集的50份掌叶大黄种子样品作为研究材料,在系统测定种子纯净度、千粒质量、含水量、发芽率和种子活力等质量指标基础上,采用K均值聚类法划分种子类别,确定种子质量分级标准.结果表明:甘肃省掌叶大黄种子质量存在极显著差异,各质量指标变幅均较大,变异程度从大到小依次为种子发芽率>含水量>种子活力>千粒质量>纯净度.不同产地来源掌叶大黄种子被分为3大类,分属3个质量等级.发芽率和种子活力为掌叶大黄种子质量分级的主要指标,其余指标均为次级和参考指标.一级种子发芽率为88.6%~100%,种子活力为91.00%~100%;二级种子发芽率为71.0%~88.5%,种子活力为84.00%~93.00%;三级种子发芽率为55.0%~70.0%,种子活力为80.00%~90.00%.征集的50份种子样品中,一、二级种子占64.0%.

Fifty batches of R.palmatum seeds collected from varied producing area of Gansu were se-lected as tested materials,the purity,1 000-grain weight,water content,germination rate and seed viability of which were determined and the grading standard were systemically analyzed by K-means Cluster.The result showed that the germination rate and the seed viability should be chosen as the main indicators for quality classification and the others were the second or the references indicators.The seeds were divided in-to 3 types belonging to three grades of seed quality.The seeds with 88.6%~100% of germination rate and 91.00%~100% in seed viability were listed as the first grade.The seeds with the germination rate ranged from71.0% to 88.5% and the viability ranged from 84.00% to 93.00% were listed as the second grade. The seeds with the germination rate ranged from 55.0% to 70.0% and the viability ranged from 80.00%to 90.00% listed as the third grade.Among 50 batches of seeds,64.0% of the seeds belonged to the first and the second grades.It is suggested that the first and the second grade seeds should be used in the stand-ard production.
