试验测定了93份菜籽粕样品的主要养分含量,并进行了相应的变异度分析;基于以上基础,建立了相应的 NIRS定量分析模型,并应用外部验证的方法进行检验与验证.结果表明:供试菜籽粕中有机物、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的含量平均值分别为89.02%、32.33%、2.63%、28.96%和19.85%,除粗蛋白外,其他指标均高于我国农业行业标准(NY/T 33-2004)中菜籽粕NY/T 2级推荐值,且其变异度分别为2.01%、4.94%、35.97%、10.68%和11.40%,以粗脂肪变异度最高.干物质、有机物、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维和酸洗洗涤纤维等指标NIRS定量分析模型定标相关系数均高于0.8,检验结果较好,能够达到快速无损测定菜籽粕干物质、有机物、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维和酸洗洗涤纤维的目的,而粗脂肪模型定标相关系数为0.56,预测性差,模型不可用.

The ninety-three rapeseed meal samples were collected and the main nutrient contents of them were determined,in order to analyze the coefficient of variation (CV)and establish NIRS quantitative analysis models.External validation method was used for verifying the NIRS models.The results showed that the mean value of organic matter,crude protein,crude fat,neutral detergent fiber (NDF)and acid de-tergent fiber (ADF)was 89.02%,32.33%,2.63%,28.96% and 19.85%,with CV of 2.01%,4.94%, 35.97%,10.68% and 11.40%,respectively,and most values of them were higher than those of the recom-mended values by agricultural standard of the People's Republic of China (NY/T33-2004)and crude fat had the highest CV.The correlation coefficients of models of dry matter,organic matter,crude protein,NDF and ADF were higher than 0.8 and better verification results were obtained,which could determine the content of dry matter,organic matter,crude protein,NDF and ADF rapidly without destruction.But the correlation coefficient of model for crude fat was 0.56,so the model could not be used in practical determi-nation.
