基于广西某高铁三水铝石型铝土矿的矿物学特性及铝硅酸钠在碱性介质中的溶解度,开发了碱介质中两段湿法浸出铝、富集铁新工艺。研究结果表明:原矿用N a2 O质量浓度为150 g/L、M R=3.0的铝酸钠溶液于100℃下浸出15 min ,三水铝石完全分解,Al2 O3浸出率达72%,浸出渣中 Fe2 O3质量分数较原矿提高近20%;浸出渣经NaO H溶液在高温、高碱、高液固体积质量比条件下进一步处理,铝、硅大量浸出,铁进一步富集,获得主要物相为赤铁矿、铁品位61%的富铁渣。两步碱介质湿法浸出新工艺可实现高铁三水铝石型铝土矿中铝、铁的有效分离。

Based on the mineralogical characteristics of high iron gibbsite-type bauxite from Guangxi and the solubility of aluminum sodium silicate in alkaline solution ,a two-stage hydrometallurgical alkaline leaching process for extracting aluminum and enriching iron was proposed .The results show that the gibbsite could be decomposed by using sodium aluminate solution with Na 2 O of 150 g/L , molar ratio of 3 .0 at 100 ℃ and leaching for 15 min .Leaching of alumina of 72% can be obtained ,and at the same time ,the mass fraction of hematite is increased by about 20% .T he first-stage leaching residue is further treated by pure NaOH solution under the conditions of high temperature ,high alkali concentration and high liquid-to-solid ratio .Large portion of aluminum and silicon can be dissolved into leaching solution and the further enrichment of iron can be realized .After the two-stage alkaline leaching ,an iron ore concentrate with a total Fe grade of 61% is gained ,in w hich the main Fe phase is hematite .By the two-stage hydrometallurgical alkaline leaching process ,aluminum and iron can be separated effectively from the high iron gibbsite-type bauxite .
