为解决石煤焙砂缓慢冷却过程中因发生二次反应生成难溶性钒青铜的问题,提出了高温焙砂出炉后直接高温水浸钒。通过单因素试验和正交试验,考察了各因素对钒浸出率的影响,确定了高温水浸最佳工艺参数:浸出时间9h,液固体积质量比2mL/1g,焙砂温度650℃。在此条件下,钒浸出率可达89%。该方法在一定程度上减少了不溶性钒青铜的生成,提高了钒浸出率,而且有效利用了高温焙砂的热量。

To solve the problem of vanadium in stone coal to transform insoluble vanadium bronze because of secondary reactions during calcine cools slowly ,a new technology for leaching vanadium by leaching the high-heat calcine directly with water was proposed .The influences of the main factors including temperature ,leaching time and liquid-solid ratio were examined through singular factor experiments and orthogonal experiments .The optimal leaching conditions determined was temperature of 650 ℃ ,leaching time of 9 h and liquid-solid ratio of 2 mL/1 g .T he leaching rate of vanadium reach up 89% under the optimal conditions .T his method could improve leaching rate of vanadium by reducing the generation of insoluble vanadium bronze and speed up the leaching process by effectively utilize the heat from the high-heat calcine .
