为了达到船用柴油机排气净化和降噪的双重功能,对设计的一体式排气净化消声器,建立有限元模型,运用声场仿真分析软件Virtual Lab对其消声特性进行分析,分别研究排气流速,温度,出口管反射,内插管及蜂窝载体对消声器消声性能的影响,得到了各个因素的影响机理,从而验证了一体式排气净化消声器设计的合理性。
為瞭達到船用柴油機排氣淨化和降譟的雙重功能,對設計的一體式排氣淨化消聲器,建立有限元模型,運用聲場倣真分析軟件Virtual Lab對其消聲特性進行分析,分彆研究排氣流速,溫度,齣口管反射,內插管及蜂窩載體對消聲器消聲性能的影響,得到瞭各箇因素的影響機理,從而驗證瞭一體式排氣淨化消聲器設計的閤理性。

In order to achieve the dual function of exhaust purification and exhaust noise reduction for diesel engines, an integrated exhaust purification muffler is designed and analyzed. The finite element model of the muffler is established and the sound field characteristic is simulated by means of sound field analysis software Virtual Lab. The impact of the exhaust flow rate, temperature, outlet pipe reflection, intubation and cellular carrier on the muffler’s performance are investigated. The design of the integrated exhaust purification muffler is verified to be reasonable.
