为了实时监测大型企业多厂房多产线加工机床的工作状态以及快速作出智能响应,提高生产效率,结合 Internet网络技术、GPRS远距离传输技术、ZigBee近距离组网技术和工业控制CAN总线技术的特点,设计了一种基于层级组网通信的多工业机床远程监控系统。实验测试表明,本系统组网结构灵活多变,实时性好,可稳定地实现数据从底层 CAN 节点到服务器端的远程双向传输,实现远程监控功能。
為瞭實時鑑測大型企業多廠房多產線加工機床的工作狀態以及快速作齣智能響應,提高生產效率,結閤 Internet網絡技術、GPRS遠距離傳輸技術、ZigBee近距離組網技術和工業控製CAN總線技術的特點,設計瞭一種基于層級組網通信的多工業機床遠程鑑控繫統。實驗測試錶明,本繫統組網結構靈活多變,實時性好,可穩定地實現數據從底層 CAN 節點到服務器耑的遠程雙嚮傳輸,實現遠程鑑控功能。

In order to realize real-time monitoring of working states of large-scale enterprises with multi-workshop and multi-productive line machine and make intelligent response rapidly,improve the production efficiency,based on the respective ad-vantages of Internet network,GPRS long-distance transmission technology,ZigBee short-distance networking technology and the industrial control characteristics of CAN bus technology,a remote monitoring system is designed for multi-industrial machine based on hierarchical network communication.Experimental result shows that the designed system structure is flexible,has good real-time performance,and can stably realize remote bidirectional data transmission from the underlying CAN nodes to the server.
