目的:比较Medcall镜架与常规镜架配戴前后的变形移位程度,探讨眼镜配戴变形移位定量测定的可行性。方法选取2013年3~8月复旦大学附属金山医院眼科门诊验光配戴框架眼镜的6~17岁儿童及青少年共95例( Medcall镜架35例、常规镜架60例),借助自制的镜架配戴变形移位测定器,对所有镜架予数码照相记录,数据导入Auto-CAD软件,量化分析镜架外张角(双侧镜腿夹角之和)及镜腿间距离。1个月后对随访到的29例儿童及青少年( Medcall镜架14例、常规镜架15例)再次进行上述测量,比较儿童配戴不同类型眼镜前后眼镜的变形移位度。结果配戴前14例Medcall眼镜及15例常规镜架的平均镜架外张角分别为(+3.89±4.58)°及(+0.97±5.76)°,2组间差异无统计学意义(t=1.50,P=0.14)。平均镜腿距离分别为(135.1±6.7)mm及(130.4±13.9)mm,差异无统计学意义(t=1.14,P=0.27)。配镜1个月后,2组镜架外张角分别为(+4.69±4.57)°及(+8.49±5.14)°,2组间差异有统计学意义(t=2.09,P=0.04)。镜腿间距离分别为(136.1±6.7)mm及(145.3±7.4)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=3.51,P<0.05)。14例Medcall镜架初配及配戴1个月后,两者间镜架外张角及镜腿间距离差异均有统计学意义(配对t=4.49, P<0.05;t=2.79,P<0.05);15例常规眼镜初配及配戴1个月后,两者间镜架外张角及镜腿间距离差异均有统计意义( t=9.83, P<0.05;t=5.41, P<0.05)。结论眼镜架随配戴时间延长会出现变形移位,Medcall镜架与常规镜架相比配戴后变形移位更小,本测量方法可以客观观察到眼镜的变形移位情况。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2014,14:305-308)

Objective To investigate the feasibility of quantitative measurement on the deformation degree of spectacles frames of Medcall and routine spectacles frames before and after wearing .Methods Ninety-five children (aged from 6 to 17 years) with glasses were chosen (35 Medcall spectacles and 60 routine spectacles) from March 2013 to August 2013.Spectacles deformation measuring equipment was used to record the deformation .Auto-CAD software was used to analyze the spectacles frame open angles and distance .One month later , the same measurement was performed in the 29 follow-up children ( 14 Medcall spectacles and 15 routine spectacles ) .Results Before wearing , the average spectacles frame open angles of 14 Medcall spectacles and 15 routine spectacles were (+3.89 ±4.58)°and (+0.97 ± 5.76)°(t=1.50,P=0.14);the average spectacles frame distances were (135.1 ±6.7) mm and (130.4 ±13.9) mm (t=1.14,P =0.27).There were no significant differences in spectacles frame open angles and spectacles frame distances between two groups .One month later , the average spectacles frame open angles of 14 Medcall spectacles and 15 routine spectacles were (+4.69 ±4.57)°and ( +8.49 ±5.14)°respectively (t =2.09,P=0.04).The average spectacles frame distances were (136.1 ±6.7) mm and (145.3 ±7.4) mm(t=3.51,P<0.05).There were significant differences in spectacles frame open angles and spectacles frame distances between the two groups .Meanwhile , there were significant differences in spectacles frame open angles (t=4.49, P<0.05) and spectacles frame distances (t=2.79,P<0.05 ) before and after wearing Medcall spectacles at one month .There were significant differences in spectacles frame open angles (t=9.83, P<0.05) and spectacles frame distances (t=5.42, P<0.05) before and after wearing routine spectacles at one month .Conclusions The spectacles frame will deform after wearing .Comparing to the routine spectacles , Medcall spectacles are less likely to deform .The method could be used to observe the deformation of spectacles objectively.
