采用室内胁迫寄生和田间自然寄生相结合的办法,以筛选新疆南部荒漠绿洲生态区果园环境条件下对苹果蠹蛾有效的赤眼蜂蜂种,明确赤眼蜂对苹果蠹蛾的防控效果。结果显示经过高温驯化的耐旱松毛虫赤眼蜂对苹果蠹蛾有较好的寄生效果,室内外试验对苹果蠹蛾卵寄生率最高分别达到79.92%和30.16%,田间罩笼试验释放赤眼蜂最高防效可达83.48%。田间多点示范表明,采用释放赤眼蜂结合喷施生物源农药等为重点的果树主要害虫生物防治配套技术对果园苹果蠹蛾、梨小食心虫防治效果较好,蛀果减退率最高达74.34%,平均为56.58%,释放赤眼蜂配合双向迷向丝蛀果减退率达85.93%,化学防治为89.06%,连续释放赤眼蜂持续防治效果十分明显。

Both laboratory and field trails were employed to determine control efficacy of Trichogrammas against Cydia pomonella (L.) in ecologic orchard in oasis region in south of Xinjiang. The results show that T. dendrolimi acclimated at high temperature and drought tolerant exhibited higher parasitic rate on eggs of C. pomonella than other Trichogramma speices, the highest parasitic rate in laboratory and orchard reaching 79.92% and 30.16%, respectively, and 83.48% in field cage trail. The results of multi-plot demonstration indicate that Trichogramma release combined with spraying of biological pesticides achieved an average control efficacy of 56.58% against C. pomonella and Grapholitha molesta. The control efficacy of Trichogramma release combined with sex pheromone for mating disruption was 85.93%, in contrast with that of 89.06%achieved by chemical spray in a control orchard. It is obvious that biocontrol based management of C. pomonella and G. molesta can be sustainable.
