为获得防治吉林省水稻主要害虫即水稻二化螟和稻水象甲的高毒力广谱性白僵菌菌株,通过生物测定进行初筛,分别获得靶标害虫(水稻二化螟、稻水象甲)专化性高毒力白僵菌菌株各4株,然后对该8株菌株的产孢量、孢子萌发速率、菌落生长速率3项生物学指标进行测定,并交叉应用靶标害虫进行毒力测定。结果表明,菌株XJ8各项生物学指标均较好,对水稻二化螟及稻水象甲的LT50值分别为4.94和6.51 d,均高于CK菌株。菌株XJ8为吉林省水稻主要害虫(水稻二化螟、稻水象甲)高毒力广谱性白僵菌菌株。

위획득방치길림성수도주요해충즉수도이화명화도수상갑적고독력엄보성백강균균주,통과생물측정진행초사,분별획득파표해충(수도이화명、도수상갑)전화성고독력백강균균주각4주,연후대해8주균주적산포량、포자맹발속솔、균락생장속솔3항생물학지표진행측정,병교차응용파표해충진행독력측정。결과표명,균주XJ8각항생물학지표균교호,대수도이화명급도수상갑적LT50치분별위4.94화6.51 d,균고우CK균주。균주XJ8위길림성수도주요해충(수도이화명、도수상갑)고독력엄보성백강균균주。
In order to obtain broad spectrum and high virulence Beauveria bassiana strains to control Chilo suppressalis Walker and Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel, the major pests of rice in Jilin Province, we conducted the bioassays and got 4 specificity and high toxicity B. bassiana strains targeting C. suppressalis or L. oryzophilus respectively by preliminary screening. Then sporulation, spore germination rate and colony growth rate, the three biological indicators of these 8 strains were measured, and cross-application target pests virulence tests were also carried out. The results showed that the LT50 value of XJ8 strain for C. suppressalis and L. oryzophilus was 4.94 d and 6.51 d respectively, which was significantly higher than that of control strain. Therefore, we recommended XJ8 strain as a broad spectrum and high virulence strain to control C. suppressalis and L. oryzophilus in Jilin Province.
