产能过剩的化解工作已上升到国家层面，全社会均给予了高度关注。作为金融的核心，中国银行业应看到履行社会责任，支持产能过剩化解对于促进自身进一步发展的重要意义，并结合自身优势，把握其中蕴含的业务机遇。文章从宏观视角来审视产能过剩行业的现象和化解工作，并以此为逻辑分析中国银行业在支持产能过剩行业企业“走出去”方面应努力的方向和采取的措施。

Solving excess capacity has risen to the national level, and the whole society pays high attention. As the core of finance, China banking should fulfill their social responsibilities, help solve excess capacity for promoting further development combined with their own advantages, and seize business opportunities. This paper examines industry overcapacity phenomenon from a macro perspective and based on this provides measures for overcapacity industry enterprises going out with banking support.
