多元复合离子渗盐浴处理是在LTC防腐技术基础上研发的一种新的金属表面强化改性技术。将工件在两种不同性质的熔融盐液中先后进行处理，使多种元素同时渗入金属表面，形成由几种化合物组成的复合渗层，使金属表面得到强化改性，耐磨性、抗蚀性和耐疲劳性同时得到较大提高，本技术还具有节能、变形量小等优点。在液压支架维修中，利用此技术来强化改性千斤顶缸体内表面的耐磨性、抗蚀性，达到提升千斤顶的使用寿命，进而提升液压支架维修使用寿命。
多元複閤離子滲鹽浴處理是在LTC防腐技術基礎上研髮的一種新的金屬錶麵彊化改性技術。將工件在兩種不同性質的鎔融鹽液中先後進行處理，使多種元素同時滲入金屬錶麵，形成由幾種化閤物組成的複閤滲層，使金屬錶麵得到彊化改性，耐磨性、抗蝕性和耐疲勞性同時得到較大提高，本技術還具有節能、變形量小等優點。在液壓支架維脩中，利用此技術來彊化改性韆斤頂缸體內錶麵的耐磨性、抗蝕性，達到提升韆斤頂的使用壽命，進而提升液壓支架維脩使用壽命。
