为解决连续采煤机大断面双巷掘进过大断层面临的断层控制精度低、变坡位置难以确定，断层走向与顺槽夹角小、落差大、长距离在破碎带掘进的顶板安全问题，以及岩巷掘进粉尘大、影响职工身心健康、掘进速度慢、效率底等难题，以大柳塔煤矿52305运顺、52306回顺连续采煤机掘进过大断层为研究对象，采取了提前巷探和钻探、特殊加强支护、综掘机配合连续采煤机，以及进口高效除尘风机等措施，有效地解决了以上困难，实现了连续采煤机大断面双巷掘进过大断层安全快速的目标。

There are a lot of problems in double lane tunneling with big section when going through large fault ,such as low accuracy of fault control, hard to determine changing slope position, roof safety problems in long distance of tunneling which is determined by huge fault throw and small angle of fault strike and tunnel, disadvantage of the physical and mental health influ-enced by tunneling dust and slow tunneling efficiency. In this paper,52305tunnel and 52306 tunnel were used as research tun-nels to discuss how to resolve all the problems. A lot of methods were used such as ahead of time hydrocarbon exploration, special reinforce supporting, using Comprehensive tunneling machine and Continuous miner alternately and importing Efficient dust removal fan. By using all the methods above, all the problems were resolved effectively and the goal to tunnel through big section across big faultage in double lane tunneling safely and quickly was achieved.
