提出了一种新的铅回收工艺---碳酸氢铵溶液中转化氯化铅物相。研究结果表明：PbCl2的转化产物主要受溶液pH影响，溶液中 CO2-3浓度会随溶液 pH 提高而提高；当溶液 pH 达10．0时，脱氯率高达98．0％；同时，随pH提高，产物变化非常显著：pH较低时，产物以PbOHCl、PbCl2（CO3）中间产物为主；pH过高时，又会生成Pb3（CO3）（OH）2等复杂物相；只有在适宜pH条件下，转化产物才会以纯净PbCO3为主。氯化铅物相转化工艺最佳条件为：N H4 HCO3实际用量为理论用量的1．4倍，液固体积质量比为5∶1，溶液初始pH为10．0，反应温度为50℃，反应时间为120 min ，搅拌速度为150 r/min。最佳条件下，脱氯率为99．48％，转化产物为纯净的PbCO3。

Phase transformation of PbCl2 in ammonium bicarbonate solution has been presented .T he system initial pH plays a main role for phase transformation of PbCl2 .The concentration of CO2 -3 increases with pH ,the dechlorination rate raises to 98 .0% ,when system pH increases to 10 .0 .In the system ,PbOHCl ,PbCl2 (CO3 ) will appear when pH is relatively lower ,but some complex phases ,like as Pb3 (CO3 )(OH )2 ,presents in products .At appropriate pH ,PbCO3 may present in the ultimate products .The optimum conditions are determined as follows :the excess coefficient of NH4 HCO3 of 1 .4 ,ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 5∶1 ,the initial pH of 10 .0 ,50 ℃ ,reaction time of 120 min and the agitation speed of 150 r/min .Under the optimal conditions ,the dechlorination rate reaches 99 .48% ,and the product is pure PbCO3 .
