研究了以水热浸出法和硫酸浸出法从砷碱渣中浸出砷,考察了浸出时间、浸出温度、液固体积质量比及硫酸浓度对砷浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:相同条件下,水热浸出效果明显优于硫酸浸出效果;水热浸出时,各因素对砷浸出率的影响顺序为浸出时间>浸出温度>液固体积质量比,而硫酸浸出时,各因素的影响顺序为液固体积质量比>硫酸浓度>浸出温度>浸出时间;在浸出时间30 min、浸出温度40℃、液固体积质量比12∶1条件下,砷的水热浸出率为78.12%。
研究瞭以水熱浸齣法和硫痠浸齣法從砷堿渣中浸齣砷,攷察瞭浸齣時間、浸齣溫度、液固體積質量比及硫痠濃度對砷浸齣率的影響。試驗結果錶明:相同條件下,水熱浸齣效果明顯優于硫痠浸齣效果;水熱浸齣時,各因素對砷浸齣率的影響順序為浸齣時間>浸齣溫度>液固體積質量比,而硫痠浸齣時,各因素的影響順序為液固體積質量比>硫痠濃度>浸齣溫度>浸齣時間;在浸齣時間30 min、浸齣溫度40℃、液固體積質量比12∶1條件下,砷的水熱浸齣率為78.12%。

Leaching of arsenic by hydrothermal leaching method and sulfuric acid leaching method from arsenic-alkali residue was researched .The effect of leaching time ,temperature ,ratio between liquid volume and solid mass ,sulfuric acid concentration on leaching of arsenic were examined .The results show that leaching of arsenic by hydrothermal leaching is higher than sulfuric acid leaching .The effect order of all factors on leaching of arsenic is time>temperature>ratio between liquid volume and solid mass by hydrothermal leaching and ratio between liquid volume and solid mass > sulfuric acid concentration > temperature > time by acid sulfuric leaching .T he optimal process conditions of hydrothermal leaching is leaching time of 30 min ,leaching temperature of 40 ℃ and ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 12∶1 .Under the optimal conditions ,the leaching rate of arsenic is 78 .12% .
