针对广西某高铁铝土矿研究了在还原气氛中磁化焙烧再高压溶出最后磁选分离铁,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、还原剂A体积分数、加热方式等对铁、铝分离的影响,确定了铁、铝分离最佳条件。试验结果表明,最佳条件下,氧化铝溶出率为84.15%,铁回收率为94.45%。

For high iron bauxite from Guangxi ,by magnetic roasting in reduction atmosphere ,then high pressure dissolving ,finally magnetic separating iron ,the effect of roasting temperature ,roasting time , volume fraction of reducing agent A and heating type on separating iron and alumina were examined , and the best conditions of separating iron and alumina were determined .Under the optimal conditions , the leaching rate of alumina is 84 .15% ,and recovery rate of iron is 95 .45% .
