目前认为,雄激素性秃发的发病与雄激素、雄激素受体及雄激素代谢相关酶密切相关.近年来更多关注的是,雄激素通过调节毛乳头细胞分泌的各类细胞因子,目前胰岛素样生长因子-1、血管内皮生长因子、转化生长因子-β和Wnt通路抑制因子-1等是雄激素性秃发发病机制中重要的、也是被研究论证较完善的细胞因子.各细胞因子分别促进或抑制毛囊或毛发的生长,以此实现对毛发生长的调控.

It is widely accepted that the occurrence of androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is closely related to androgen,androgen receptor and androgen-metabolizing enzymes.However,how they work in AGA remains unclear.Recent studies have shown that androgen exerts their roles by regulating various cytokines secreted by dermal papilla cells.At present,it is considered that insulin-like growth factor,vascular endothelial growth factor,transforming growth factor-β and Wnt inhibitory factor-1 are the most important and well-studied cytokines in the pathogenesis of AA,which may modulate hair growth via accelerating or deccelarating the growth of hair follicles.
