The growth of homogeneous and non-homogenous linear differential equations with meromorphic coeffi-cients in the unit disc Δ ={z∈C:z < 1}is investigated and the iterated(lower)convergence exponent of the se-quence of the points is estimated accurately,where the differential polynomials,generated by meromorphic solutions of the equations involved,take the same value with small function.
