脆弱的地质环境(Fragile geological environment)加上大量的工程活动(Fulsome engineering activities)造成了山西省地质灾害与地质环境破坏事件频发(Frequent geological disasters)(简称“3F”问题链)。脆弱的地质环境表现在:地处黄土高原东部-千沟万壑的地貌形态、“吕梁(山)太行(山)夹五盆”的多山地形地貌格局、汾河地堑贯穿山西中部和新构造活动活跃、黄土红土软土盐渍土等特殊性土均有分布、植被稀少水土流失严重等。人类工程活动过度:山区城镇建设、工程开发和矿业活动具有密度大、强度高等特点,对地质环境的改造作用十分强烈。各种工程诱发或矿区地质灾害具有成链成族的关联性特征、地质环境破坏形式多样化趋势明显。在分析“3F”问题链的基础上,探讨了科学解决该类问题应具有系统观和全局观、需要解决的理论问题和整体思路;深刻认识和深入研究“3F”问题链也是解决山西省地质灾害与地质环境问题的根本途径。
脆弱的地質環境(Fragile geological environment)加上大量的工程活動(Fulsome engineering activities)造成瞭山西省地質災害與地質環境破壞事件頻髮(Frequent geological disasters)(簡稱“3F”問題鏈)。脆弱的地質環境錶現在:地處黃土高原東部-韆溝萬壑的地貌形態、“呂樑(山)太行(山)夾五盆”的多山地形地貌格跼、汾河地塹貫穿山西中部和新構造活動活躍、黃土紅土軟土鹽漬土等特殊性土均有分佈、植被稀少水土流失嚴重等。人類工程活動過度:山區城鎮建設、工程開髮和礦業活動具有密度大、彊度高等特點,對地質環境的改造作用十分彊烈。各種工程誘髮或礦區地質災害具有成鏈成族的關聯性特徵、地質環境破壞形式多樣化趨勢明顯。在分析“3F”問題鏈的基礎上,探討瞭科學解決該類問題應具有繫統觀和全跼觀、需要解決的理論問題和整體思路;深刻認識和深入研究“3F”問題鏈也是解決山西省地質災害與地質環境問題的根本途徑。

The fragile geological environment and fulsome engineering activities can cause frequent geological disasters in Shanxi (referred to as the “3F”problem chain ).The fragile geological environment has many performances,including:gully topography in the East Loess Plateau,mountainous topography pattern in“Lvliang (Mountain)Taihang(Mountain)sandwiched five basins”,the Fen River passes through the middle of Shanxi, active new tectonic activities,distribution of loess,red clay,soft soil,saline soil and other special soil,sparse vegetation and serious soil erosion.The excessive human engineering activities including the construction of towns in mountain areas,engineering exploration and mining activities have the characteristics of high density and strength, which has a strong influence on the geological environment.The induced various engineering or mining geological disasters have associated with the characteristics in a chain or a family.The diversification rend of geological environment damage is obvious.Based on the analysis of“3F”chain issues,this paper discusses on the oretical issues,the whole idea need to be solved and the scientific solution for such problems with systematic concept and global outlook.A profound understanding and in-depth study of“3F”chain is also the fundamental way to solve the problems of geological disasters and geological environmental issues in Shanxi.
