以廉价易得的邻羟基苯甲醛、伯胺及溴乙烷为原料,在温和条件下,采用两步简单反应合成了目标化合物邻乙氧基苯甲醛。通过优化实验,确定了合成的最佳工艺条件。与已见报道的方法比较,该方法的收率有大幅度提高,最大收率达到了83%。用1 H NMR谱、13 C NMR谱及元素分析对产物的结构进行了表征,结果与目标化合物相符。

Using inexpensive and readily available o-hydroxybenzaldehyde, primary amine and bromoethane, o-ethoxybenzaldehyde was synthesized by simple two-step reactions under mild conditions. Through screen experiments, optimum technological condition of synthesis was estab-lished. Comparing to the reported methods, the good yield was achieved up to 83%. The struc-ture of product was characterized through 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR spectra and elemental analysis and the result is consistent with target compound.
