内蒙古克什克腾旗经过10多年基本草原生态的保护和建设，草原生态环境明显好转，实现了由“整体恶化，局部控制”向“整体遏制，局部好转”的转变。针对草原生态保护与建设的难点，从指导原则、保障体系、具体措施等方面总结克什克腾旗草原生态保护与建设的经验，具有重要的借鉴价值。

After more than 10 years’ protection and construction of grassland ecology, the grass-land ecological environment of Hexigten Banner has improved markedly.
