目的:优化绒毛鼠尾草中迷迭香酸的超声波提取工艺。方法:以提取溶剂浓度、料液比、提取时间、超声功率为考察因素,以迷迭香酸含量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选最佳提取工艺条件。结果:通过正交试验,优化出绒毛鼠尾草中迷迭香酸的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度15%,料液质量体积比1:20,提取时间20 min,提取功率为400 w。结论:本法工艺简单、经济、提取率高,可为中药绒毛鼠尾草的开发利用提供参考。

목적:우화융모서미초중미질향산적초성파제취공예。방법:이제취용제농도、료액비、제취시간、초성공솔위고찰인소,이미질향산함량위고찰지표,채용L9(34)정교시험우선최가제취공예조건。결과:통과정교시험,우화출융모서미초중미질향산적최가제취공예위을순농도15%,료액질량체적비1:20,제취시간20 min,제취공솔위400 w。결론:본법공예간단、경제、제취솔고,가위중약융모서미초적개발이용제공삼고。
Objective:To optimize ultrasonic extraction technology of Rosmarinic Acid from Salvia castanea Diels f. tomentosa Stib. Methods:The best extraction technology was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test with extraction solvent, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, ultrasonic power as factors and with the extraction rate of Rosmarinic Acid as index. Result:Optimized by the orthogonal experiment, the fuzzy optimum extraction technology of sage rosemary acid for ethanol concentration 15%, quality of material liquid volume 1:20, extracting time 20 min, extracting power is 400 w. Conclusion:The extraction technology was simple and economical with high extraction rate and could provide parameters for exploitation and utilization of Salvia castanea Diels f. tomentosa Stib.
