目的：探讨用液体石蜡油涂抹鼻腔减轻无创呼吸机致鼻腔干燥的效果。方法：将50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的病人随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组不作任何湿润鼻腔措施，观察组用液体石蜡油涂抹鼻腔。结果：观察组舒适度明显大于对照组，且 P<0.05。具有统计学意义。结论：石蜡油对鼻腔粘膜有润滑作用，能减轻干燥空气及高流量氧气对鼻腔带来的干燥与不适。且用材料方便价廉，适合临床使用。
目的：探討用液體石蠟油塗抹鼻腔減輕無創呼吸機緻鼻腔榦燥的效果。方法：將50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病閤併呼吸衰竭的病人隨機分為對照組和觀察組。對照組不作任何濕潤鼻腔措施，觀察組用液體石蠟油塗抹鼻腔。結果：觀察組舒適度明顯大于對照組，且 P<0.05。具有統計學意義。結論：石蠟油對鼻腔粘膜有潤滑作用，能減輕榦燥空氣及高流量氧氣對鼻腔帶來的榦燥與不適。且用材料方便價廉，適閤臨床使用。
목적：탐토용액체석사유도말비강감경무창호흡궤치비강간조적효과。방법：장50례만성조새성폐질병합병호흡쇠갈적병인수궤분위대조조화관찰조。대조조불작임하습윤비강조시，관찰조용액체석사유도말비강。결과：관찰조서괄도명현대우대조조，차 P<0.05。구유통계학의의。결론：석사유대비강점막유윤활작용，능감경간조공기급고류량양기대비강대래적간조여불괄。차용재료방편개렴，괄합림상사용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of daubing patient’s nasal with liquid paraffin to reduce nasal dryness and uncomfortable induced by noninvasive ventilator. Methods:50 patients who have suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was not given any moist nasal measures, and the observation group smeared nasal orifices with liquid paraffin. Results:The comfort degree of observation group is obviously higher than that of control group, and the P<0.05. The difference between both groups was statistically significant. Conclusion:The paraffin has lubrication effect to the nasal mucosa, it can reduce dryness and unwell brought by the dry air and high-flow oxygen flowing into the patient’s nasal cavity. And the materials we used is convenient and inexpensive, suitable for clinical use.
