产科作为医院重点科室之一,其主要的患者为女性,且主要是研究女性生殖器官疾病病理、成因、妊娠与分娩等方面。产科的工作风险性相对较大,关系到产妇与婴儿的生命安全与健康,而产妇的分娩过程具有复杂多变的特点,随时都有可能发生一些意外,使得产科护士的精神一直保持在高度紧张的状态。因此,在产科护理管理中推行“以人为本”的理念,不仅仅在于细心呵护产妇的身心健康,也旨在通过实行人性化的管理,使护士得到充分的关怀,并由此充分调动其工作的积极性,使护理服务质量得到进一步的提高。本文将分别从产妇与护士这两方面入手,分析研究“以人为本”理念在产科护理管理中的应用效果。

Therefore, the implementation of the "people-oriented" concept in obstetrical nursing management, not only in the care of women's physical and mental health,also aims at the implementation of humane management, so that the nurses get enough concern, and thus to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the work, the nursing service quality to be further improved. This will be from the two aspects of mothers and nurses, analysis the application effect of the"people-oriented"concept in obstetrical nursing management.
