目的:探讨早期肠内营养加微生态制剂对脓毒症患者疗效的临床观察。方法:将患者随机分为肠内营养(EN)加微生态制剂组(A组)(61例),肠内营养(EN)组(B组)(59例)。A组在B组基础上从鼻饲管内注入培菲康4粒,12小时一次。观察APACHEⅡ评分及SOFA评分,观察ICU停留时间,呼吸机、抗生素使用时间,同期进行胃肠功能状况评估。结果:A组患者APACHEⅡ评分、SOFA评分, ICU停留时间,呼吸机、抗生素使用时间均显著低于B组(P<0.05);A组患者胃肠功能状况优于B组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期肠内营养加微生态制剂对脓毒症患者可促进胃肠功能恢复,缩短ICU停留时间,减少呼吸机和抗生素使用天数。

목적:탐토조기장내영양가미생태제제대농독증환자료효적림상관찰。방법:장환자수궤분위장내영양(EN)가미생태제제조(A조)(61례),장내영양(EN)조(B조)(59례)。A조재B조기출상종비사관내주입배비강4립,12소시일차。관찰APACHEⅡ평분급SOFA평분,관찰ICU정류시간,호흡궤、항생소사용시간,동기진행위장공능상황평고。결과:A조환자APACHEⅡ평분、SOFA평분, ICU정류시간,호흡궤、항생소사용시간균현저저우B조(P<0.05);A조환자위장공능상황우우B조,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:조기장내영양가미생태제제대농독증환자가촉진위장공능회복,축단ICU정류시간,감소호흡궤화항생소사용천수。
Objective:To investigate the value of early enteral nutrition combined with probiotics for sepsis patients.Methods:the patients were randomly divided into enteral nutrition (EN) combined with probiotics group (group A,61 cases), enteral nutrition (EN) group (group B,59 cases).A group of four from the injection Bifico nasogastric tube in Group B,based on 12 hours.Observe APACHEⅡscore,andSOFAscore.The stay time of ICU,ventilator,antibiotic usingwere observed.During the same period,the gastrointestina functional status was to evaluate.Result:A group of patients with APACHEⅡscore,stay time of ICU, ventilator,antibiotic using were significantly lower than in group B (P<0.05).It is that the gastrointestinal functional status of patients was advantage in group A (P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with sepsis,early enteral nutrition combined with probiotics maybe promoted recovery of gastrointestinal function, and to shorten stay time of ICU,and to cut down days of antibiotic using or ventilator.
