目的：了解九江市XY区高危人群的艾滋病流行状况、流行因素及艾滋病知识知晓情况，为制定艾滋病干预措施提供依据。方法随机抽取XY区娱乐场所和街头高危人员400人，开展流行病学调查及血清学检测。结果被调查高危人员，艾滋病知识知晓率为97.72％；最近一次与客人发生性行为时使用安全套的比例为96.30％；未检出HIV抗体阳性，梅毒螺旋体抗体阳性1.50％，丙型肝炎抗体检测均为阴性。结论对高危人群做好艾滋病专业知识的宣传教育极为重要，相关措施的正确选用能有效防止艾滋病的传播和蔓延。
목적：료해구강시XY구고위인군적애자병류행상황、류행인소급애자병지식지효정황，위제정애자병간예조시제공의거。방법수궤추취XY구오악장소화가두고위인원400인，개전류행병학조사급혈청학검측。결과피조사고위인원，애자병지식지효솔위97.72％；최근일차여객인발생성행위시사용안전투적비례위96.30％；미검출HIV항체양성，매독라선체항체양성1.50％，병형간염항체검측균위음성。결론대고위인군주호애자병전업지식적선전교육겁위중요，상관조시적정학선용능유효방지애자병적전파화만연。
Objective To understand the situation of AIDS epidemic , epidemiological factors and AIDS related knowledge among high risk group in Xunyang district and provide the basis for development of AIDS interventions .Meth-od Individuals were selected from four construction sites by randomized cluster sampling and were subjected to epidemiolog -ical investigations and serological testing .Result 97.72% respondents gave correct answers on 6 of 8 questions about AIDS related knowledge .In rate of using condoms who had had sex with commercial sexual partners accounted for 96.30%.HIV antibodies were not detected , and the positive rate of syphilis antibodies was 1.50%.Conclusion Health education on the prevention and control of AIDS could enhance the public to know more AIDS knowledge and could effec -tively control the further spread of AIDS .
