目的：研究野菊花总黄酮对肺癌A549细胞的增殖的影响。方法采用不同浓度梯度野菊花总黄酮作用于肺癌A549细胞，连续作用3d观察细胞形态及密度的变化，并通过MTS比色法检测各种浓度对A549细胞增殖的影响。结果由细胞形态观察及MTS检测可知野菊花总黄酮能有效抑制肺癌A549细胞增殖，并诱导其凋亡，且效果与浓度、时间呈现依赖性。结论野菊花总黄酮对A549细胞具有抑制及诱导凋亡的作用。
목적：연구야국화총황동대폐암A549세포적증식적영향。방법채용불동농도제도야국화총황동작용우폐암A549세포，련속작용3d관찰세포형태급밀도적변화，병통과MTS비색법검측각충농도대A549세포증식적영향。결과유세포형태관찰급MTS검측가지야국화총황동능유효억제폐암A549세포증식，병유도기조망，차효과여농도、시간정현의뢰성。결론야국화총황동대A549세포구유억제급유도조망적작용。
Objective To study the influence on A549 lung cancer cell proliferation treated by Chrysanthemum indicum flavonoids .Method After treating A549 cells with different concentrations of Chrysanthemum indicum flavonoids , observing the changes of cell shape and density after continuous actions for 3d, and detecting the influence on A 549 lung cancer cell proliferation by MTS assay .Result Chrysanthemum indicum flavonoids could effectively inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of A 549 lung cancer cell by cell morphological observation and MTS assay in concentration -and time-dependent manners .Conclusion Chrysanthemum indicum flavonoids had the effects of inhibition to A 549 lung cancer cells proliferation and inducition of cell apoptosis .
