目的：研究泵控下使用静脉留置针对其使用寿命的影响。方法：将174例需留取静脉留置针的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用静脉留置针的同时使用输液泵控制液体速度，对照组按常规只使用静脉留置针。结果：观察组静脉留置针的使用天数明显高于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论：使用输液泵可以提高静脉留置针的使用寿命。
목적：연구빙공하사용정맥류치침대기사용수명적영향。방법：장174례수류취정맥류치침적환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조채용정맥류치침적동시사용수액빙공제액체속도，대조조안상규지사용정맥류치침。결과：관찰조정맥류치침적사용천수명현고우대조조（ P<0.05）。결론：사용수액빙가이제고정맥류치침적사용수명。
Objective:To improve the service life of vein indwelling needle by means of infusion pump on superfi-cial vein. Methods:174 patients who took vein indwelling needles were randomly divided into two groups( the control group and the experimental group). Infusion pumps were meanwhile used in the experimental group as well as vein in-dwelling needle,and vein indwelling needles were used in the control group only. Results:The service time of vein in-dwelling needle in the experimental group was obviously longer than that in the control group( P<0 . 05 ). Conclusion:The use of Infusion pumps can improve the service life of vein indwelling needle.
